These glasses are very easy to use. Just press your finger on the left side arm for 3 seconds, and you will turn the glasses on, and they will begin to record automatically. The device will vibrate for about a second, and you will see a green light turn on, flash a few times, and then turn off, indicating that it has turned on and has begun to record. To review the video, take the micro SD card out and plug it into your computer to view. These are compatible with Windows and Mac computers, and we do recommend using VLC media player for playback.
