  • The Encryption Tool, Reboot Tool and Time Synchronization Tool are EXE format that aren’t work for Mac, but you can synchronize the voice recorder time by the FACTORY.TXT file. For the Encryption Tool and Reboot Tool, you need use the windows system to operate.
  • Support view/playback/delete recording files on the Android Phone(with OTG function) / MAC / Windows Computer (Doesn’t support iPhone)
  • The Recording file is WAV FORMAT, Please use the payer which can support WAV format; Windows 10 GROOVE player doesn't support playing WAV format recording file, please use "Windows Media Player" or other music players
  • Before connecting to computer/phone, please turn off the voice recorder, otherwise it cannot be recognized
  • Please use the original white USB cable when check recording files (Some of other cables may only support charging)
  • You need to set the device time first before use, and every time the battery runs out and shuts down, you need to set the time again
  • If you need the Detailed Video Instruction and the Reboot Software, please check with us.
