NO COMPUTER NECESSARY: While captured audio can be effortlessly downloaded without special software to most computers by removing the device cap and plugging the USB into the appropriate port (standard USB ports, USB-C cannot be used), audio also has the ability to be played and deleted directly off the recorder, since it's outfitted with a built-in speaker and volume control right on the unit. .MP3 audio files can be reviewed on most computers using media players that accept this format.
IMPORTANT NOTES: Keep phone in the same room and within 15ft of the device to avoid poor audio quality due to a bad Bluetooth connection between the device and cellphone, we recommend to keep your phone in your pocket. Be mindful that background noises, such as that of a restaurant or public events, will affect the recording quality as this device will also pick up these noises and record them along with your conversation making it difficult to distinguish the conversation during playback.
