- On channel 1
- Turn off the radio
- Press and hold the PTT and channel (-), while turning on the radio, will hear the voice prompt VOX ON or OFF.
Scan Function
- On channel 16
- Press and hold the PTT and channel (-),while turning on the radio,will hearing the voice prompt ON or OFF.
- On CH 22 to enter the scan mode
Monitor Function
- Hold down the Channel (-) to enable monitor function.
- Monitor function is used to exclude (open) the squelch and listen to a signal that is too weak.
