Powered by Mace, the best-known brand of personal defensive sprays, The Mobile Pepper Spray Defense System is made in the USA.  The kit comes with 2 large Mace pepper spray canisters, tubing and fasteners and the pepper spray dispenser, which we call "The Fin."   

The Fin is installed on the roof of the vehicle and dispenses a huge amount of pepper spray in four directions,   By installing the pepper spray canister within easy reach of  the driver, the driver and can quickly stop carjackers and any other kind of exterior threat.   will have quick access to it in case of an emergency.

F3 Defense Systems was founded by a retired law enforcement officer that saw the need for vehicle defense after hearing a story about a mother and her children that were trapped in their car by a violent mob in 2020 in Bangor, Maine.  The founder, Michael Mercer  brings a wealth of experience and a passion to serve others to F3 and is working with Mace to help as many drivers as possible protect themselves and their vehicles.

Michael Mercer - CEO/Founder

Michael is a retired law enforcement officer with over 22 years on the job, a former chemical agent specialist, and a Navy Veteran.  Michael was the co-creator of the chemical agent specialist program at a large, metropolitan police department. One of Michael’s systems, The Lancer, is named after the individual who helped create the program with him.  Michael has extensive knowledge and training in the use of pepper spray and how it can be used as a non-lethal safety and defense tool.  Michael is one of seven certified CPTED (crime prevention through environmental design) practitioners.  His support of law enforcement and Veterans is evidenced by his volunteer work and community service including helping raise awareness of issues they face and providing resources for them to contact for assistance.  As part of his support, Michael has dedicated a percentage of sales to The Wounded Blue and the Travis Mills Foundation.  Michael’s focus, perseverance, and tenacity is his driving force in ensuring that all people can and should be able to live their lives with freedom from fear.
